Totally disagree though. The technical people are going to have an extreme edge over non technical, and getting suckered into working for someone right now is sad for you.

Theres a lot of people that should be afraid of “having to learn new things”. But programmers are best suited for this. Much more than say an empty suit that talks about money all day or an HR admin that is writing up their latest DEI memo.

You really think that because of AI or AGI that there won’t still be problems to solve?
